The Travel Store of Santa Barbara has been at the same location at 12 West Anapamu Street for over 25 years serving travelers coming to, from, or through Santa Barbara. Formerly known as Pacific Travel, the business expanded and renamed itself in the 1990s to serve travelers from around the world. Every customer who purchases from us enjoys many benefits, including personal service, special ordering, loyalty discounts, and good old-fashioned travel tips. I have extensive knowledge of the industry, including my own international traveling and working as an executive in the airline industry. The staff personnel, though often young in age, have their own international travel experience to draw from for large issues to small issues, even the type of bugs to watch out for, electric adpaters needed, and the best neck pillow.

In 2010, the store expanded to include serving the public through its websites with increased lines of name-brand merchandise ranging from suitcases, travel clothing, and comfort items to maps, travel guides, videos, globes, and local edibles that can be shipped anywhere.

And, best of all, if we don't have something we normally stock, we'll get it for you.

Many of our customers have relocated to other cities and countries, but they continue to come to us to fill their special travel needs. Some customers don't have time to deal with the minutae of travel appurtances and have been relying on us for decades simply by picking up the phone or emailing us.
